Pastor jim turriff
Pastor Jim Turriff joined the people of Gloria Dei in 2015. He moved to Memphis from Yakima, Washington, where he served for 8 years at our sister congregation, Grace Lutheran Church. He graduated from Northwestern College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991. He also received a Master of Divinity degree in 1995 and a Master of Sacred Theology in 2009 from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. He loves serving in the ministry and striving to teach God’s Word clearly and in depth. There isn’t anything Pastor would rather do than share Jesus’ saving name to our church family and surrounding community. Pastor Turriff and his wife Janine have two Children, Emma and Evan.
